Wednesday Weigh - In



Belen and I have both made resolutions in 2010 to get fit and healthy, thus starting Wednesday Weigh - Ins. We believe by making our pledge to get fit and healthy public it makes us accountable for our promise to ourselves, we dont want to let you our readers down or ourselves.

Wednesday weigh in posts are dedicated to sharing tips that we learn on our road to success. This might include receipes, fitness news or just our own observations on the road to having a healthy and happy body.

I think Belen summed the aim of our goal up when she said its not about getting skinny but its about getting healthy for our future. For me its about being able to run to the mailbox without risking cardiac arrest. So even though there will be a weekly record of our weight and discussions about what we have eaten and how much we have exercised our goal is to encourage and help others get healthy and hopefully receive the same in return.

So as of today my official weight is 75kgs (165lbs) and my goal is to lose 7kg (15.4Lbs). Here is too Week One of my goal for 2009, next Wednesday I will fill you in on all that I learn and achieve this week.

  2. Good luck! I managed to loose and keep off 10 lbs in 2009 and would like to add another 10 to that number in 2010! Weigh In Wed is a great idea!
