Mail Bag

I feel like the weeks are flying by I don't know where I am up to. I have one more assignment left and then three exams. I just keep telling myself to get through the next 2 weeks and I will be free. You would think that I would be use to exam periods by now but I still freak out. I have applied for a few babysitting jobs to get through my 3 months of vacation so fingers crossed.
Yesterday I went to a music festival in Canberra, Groovin the Moo. I have been looking forward to it for ages because Tegan and Sara were playing and they were amazing. Vampire Weekend and Silverchair played as well and were really good but nothing could top finally seeing Tegan and Sara. Some of my friends from high school came down for the weekend to go to the festival and it was really nice to catch up with them. However I am now going into hibernation for the next two weeks to study (well thats what I say now).
I unfortunately didn't get to see my mum for mothers day as she lives 3 hours away but I got to call her and my sister gave her our present. I hope everyone had a lovely day celebrating their mums or being celebrated.
A recent photo of my sister and mum.

Anyway enough of my rambling and onto this weeks mail.

Incoming....

Some cards from postcrossing and swap-bot

A lovely postcard from Erin - how I will feel in 2 weeks!

A letter from Mary Grace

My gorgeous sister saw this book and thought of me. It was the last thing I expected to get in the mail but it definitely made me smile. The guinea pig on the bottom right looks just like Chuckie.

Two mixed cd's from Katie for Tiff's swap. I love the way she decorated them, especially the garland on the front.

Outgoing....

A mixed CD to Chelsea.
A card to Tillie
A card to Rebecca (I love this postcard it was hard to part with)

A letter to Caiti

A thankyou card to Rhianne. Rhianne also has an amazing Polaroid giveaway on at the moment that you should definitely check out.

I also saw on Passion's blog that she has a "new friend" swap, it looks like fun so if your looking for a swap to participate in I suggest you check it out.
