Spring Basics

Today I had a spring clean of my wardrobe. In with the Spring/Summer clothes and out with the Winter/Fall. I loved finding clothes that I had forgotten about, it made me all the more excited for the coming seasons. My sister is coming down next week and we plan on having a little shopping trip and I have resolved to become a smarter shopper. Looking at my wardrobe I realised that I have a lot of "busy" clothes, florals and patterns, so this Spring I am shopping for more basic colors and cuts. I created this on polyvore for a little inspiration...

  3. Cute! I'm opposite I have more basics in my wardrobe. I was going on a mission to get more prints into my wardrobe. Maybe more florals for summer.

    I love your picks.

  4. Anything bright! When I was home in December, I bought a whole bunch of gorgeous, flowy tops when I was shopping with Faiza - I'd love more tops in that style, but in colours. I've also suddenly fallen desperately short of jeans - holes and buttons falling off and all sorts of crazy business!

Roll on the warmer weather. Hope you're well! :) x

  6. Great picks! I have heaps of basics because at the end of last Summer I pretty much threw out heaps of my colourful stuff and replaced it with black, grey and white things to compliment any coloured pieces ... and now I've gone too far, haha.
