Photoswap 2011

So this year I participated in Rhianne's photo swap after narrowly missing out last year (I stumbled upon her blog a couple of days after entries closed).  I was lucky enough to be partnered with Melissa from My Design Delights who sent me these gorgeous photos....

The last photo is just beautiful, I think I will have to frame it. I loved this swap because I had forgotten how much I love the excitement of getting a film developed and not knowing what the photos will be like. Thankyou for organising the swap Rhianne and to Melissa for being such a great swap partner.

  2. Sounds so fun--so does each person take pictures and then mail the undeveloped film to their partner? That last image really is pretty, and would look so pretty in a frame. :) Happy weekend!

  4. That last photo is particularly beautiful. This swap is such a good idea, I'm a fan of digital but there's so much fun associated with the surprise of film!

  8. Oh these are completely gorgeous! That last photo is so pretty. Framed would be nice.

The weather is quite horrible at the moment. It's all rainy and there is a bit of chill but I just really wanted to wear that dress :)

  9. Thank you Megan. I had fun with the photoswap too. I posted a few of your pics on my blog today. I was so eager myself to see how my pics turned out since this is the first time I have ever used a 35mm film camera. Last year I used a disposable camera, but using the real camera was definately more fun and I think my pics turned out better than last years. Your pics were beautiful too. Very postcard worthy.
