This weekend our housemate, who we have lived with for over four years, moved out and headed to Melbourne for new adventures. We had drinks and dinner on Friday night and waved goodbye on Saturday. I have to say I am pretty sad about it, we kind of became a little family over the last few years and we both keep expecting her to walk through the door. Very excited for her though and all the new experiences she will have.

Apart from that I barely did anything this weekend, I watched lots of documentaries and read my book, sometimes it is nice to just do nothing at all! I have to say though I am tired today from staying up and watching the olympics last night. I am really not into sports at all but the olympics sucks me in.

How did you spend your weekend?

  3. Our roommate moved out this weekend, too!! She moved to Southern California, and we were sad to see her go as well. Glad you had a relaxing weekend! I spent pretty much my whole weekend watching the Olympics. :)

  7. your hair looks so bouncy and vibrant! :)

I had a long weekend here in Darwin. Had a relaxing one, a bit of shopping, a trip out to some waterfalls for some swimming and a picnic lunch with mates and spending time with my (future) in-laws.

  9. Love your new hair colour! And I love this outfit, it's so very you!

Your house must feel a lot bigger without your housemate. Will you get another one, or leave it as just the two of you until you leave for London?
