The month that was Frocktober
At the beginning of the month I set out to wear 31 different dresses every day for the month of October, a different dress for a new day. Well today was the last day and I successfully wore a different dress every day. I am so thankful for everyone's support and the fact that we raised nearly $500 for ovarian cancer research.
Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of every dress, so disappointing but here is the majority of the dresses that I did wear. At first I felt embarrassed that I had enough dresses to fulfill this challenge but you know what everyone of those dresses is an expression of who I am and the image I want to put out to the world - some people do it with a fast car, others with a clean house, other people with a piercing or a tattoo. How ever we choose to physically project our image, most important, is the actions that speak for who we are. The older I get the more important I realise it is to just try and be a good person (even if sometimes I fail) and the rest will hopefully fall into place.
