I am really nosy and enjoy knowing little everyday details about people’s lives and I thought maybe you do too. So this post is dedicated to the food that I eat in a normal day. Usually I can resist the chocolate but lately I have had the biggest sweet tooth, that marvelous creations Cadbury chocolate is just too good to resist.

So tell me what do you eat in a normal day?

  2. Mmmm that taco looks delicious!
    I usually have something quick in the morning, a cup of coffee, a sandwich and chips for lunch with a can of soda, and dinners vary, but I try to meal plan for the week!

  3. So healthy! I love hearing about what people eat. :)

    Today I had coffee and a Morningstar chik patty (fake chicken) for breakfast. For lunch, I had 3 bean chili that I made last night. I may have yogurt/granola or popcorn for a snack later, and then not sure what I'll do for dinner . . . maybe some sort of tacos. That's all pretty typical for me. I love green veggies (especially kale), so that appears in a lot of what I make. :)

  4. The one thing I have realised from this post is that I eat to much. I may eat healthy but I eat double the serves you do oops!

  6. Chocolates are a staple since we moved to Switzerland. (Which probably explains the weight gain.)
    I have huge lunches and dinners, too, otherwise, I'd end up snacking on chips (which is always well-stocked in my cabinets) inbetween. Heck, snacking on chips is a must, along with chocolates.

    Having said all that, now I think I should seriously watch what I eat...

  10. The start and end of our food day looks quite similar! I love a bit of yoghurt and muesli in the morning and chocolate… I find it so very hard to resist! ;)
